We had a great turn out at the meeting last night. Wonderful food as always! We hope to continue seeing you all and more.

The minutes from the meeting will be posted on our neighborhood website soon. However, we wanted to let you all know the results from our recent Animal Amendment vote.

The amendment has been approved by more than 2/3’s of our homeowners.

127 homeowners approved the proposed amendment

19 homeowners denied the approval

16 (two of these being the community center and well) were either not eligible to vote or choose not to participate

13 homeowners did not respond at all.

We would like to thank you all for your participation, kindness and patience. We had the majority vote in by May 2, 2025. We wanted to make sure every homeowner was contacted and had a right to participate this is why time was extended.

Once filed with both counties we will be sending a copy to all homeowners. As well as posting it on our community website.
